Internet did not work for our entire stay after repeated communication with the PM, it was never fixed. Owners should Provide warmer blankets on beds during the cold months. Otherwise great unit and perfect location.

We love the High Pointe, but this unit needs complete updating. The mattresses were old and terrible to sleep on. Very few utensils in kitchen. Would not recommend this unit 3333.

This was our first time staying at High Pointe resort and we loved it! The location between Rosemary and Alys and across the beach from Seacrest was amazing. We loved being on the beach side of 30a with easy access to the pool and ocean. Crabby Steve's was also great to have on property for lunch and cocktails on the beach. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach setup and bikes. We didn't move our car once we checked in and was able to bike or walk to many restaurants and shopping. The actual condo needed a little work. It could have been cleaner with a few finishing touches. Carpet is a little scratchy, bedding minimal, paint chipped, floors dirty. We didn't try to cook a meal but you might be missing some items. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. The chairs are mesh and have rips in them. One of my biggest complaints is no dead lock on the front door. I have a toddler who constantly ran out of the front door the whole time we were there. He is able to turn the lock and could get out. This was especially worrisome at bedtime.

The location was amazing. Always is at High Pointe. However a few things. Missing alot of cookware. Beds were not comfortable very old and cheap. Outdoor furniture was old. Towels were not comfortable at all. Very small and worn. No comforter either just a blanket. Also know clue or info on how to work Netflix or the TV.

You come to High Pointe for Crabby Steve’s, the beach, and the lagoon style pool. Those 3 always deliver. The icing on the cake is the condo you stay in. In this case, it was just enough to satisfy. Wish the waterfalls were working.

Second trip back to high point. The condo was clean some new furniture added since the pics were posted. One can see the ocean at a distance from the unit, there is view if pool -which keeps evening hours strict-so no wakeless nights hearing partiers. Steves crabby shack on site is convenient and tasty. Umbrella service at bottom of walkover. Free bikes nice but was too hot for us. Next to Rosemary so great choice of eateries and shops. Would recommend adding a reuseable mr coffee flat filter. Used paper towel first morning. Ick. Hard to guess the filter right. Also Add an egg whisk and large cooking knives. Just steak knives were provided. recommend.

This condo has lots of space. My teenage boys appreciated each having a double bed in their room instead of 2 singles. The location to town and the beach can’t be beat. The pool area could use some updating, but it was well maintained. This unit was a very good value for the size.

Great condo. Location between Seacrest and Rosemary is perfect. Comfy beds… great view of the pool. Vacasa was great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again. 3 generations here to celebrate college graduation. Easy for the grandparents to access the beach and pool.

This property is way more stunning in person that in the online photos. Very clean, peaceful, throw back beach decor, super comfy beds and love that there’s a yummy onsite outdoor restaurant! We would definitely return!

The place itself was very clean, and it was a great location with a very nice view. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for our family. Some things that we were a little disappointed with, were the worn/dirty cushions on the indoor furniture and the baseboards behind the curtains needed cleaning. We were looking forward to spending some time out on the balcony, but there was only one very worn chair and we had to bring the dining table chairs in and out multiple times so that people weren’t standing. Lastly, there was no salt/pepper or cooking oil and hardly any toilet paper and one paper towel roll. We thought since we were throwing down a few thousand dollars for this trip that those basic items would have been included, as they have been at other places we have stayed. All in all we enjoyed our time, and improving these things would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Location of this condo was great. But the outdoor furniture was torn and there were no pots or pans to cook with. Furthermore it was very dark and a tiny TV in the master bedroom. The bike service on site was not great. Again...great location but this condo was a disappointment. We were told that the cookware and furniture had been rectified as similar reviews existed prior to our arrival… But that was not the case.
