This snowbird friendly two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the second floor and offers Gulf-front living with amazing views of the Emerald Coast. Tile flooring in the well-equipped kitchen and living areas create a comfortable and bright feel. Enjoy the sounds of the Emerald Coast’s waters, amazing sunsets, and the sight of sugar-white sand beaches from the private Gulf front porch with an exterior fan.

When you aren't at the condo, each guest will be able to use their day for activities such as lounging by the pool, playing tennis or pickleball at the on-site courts, or beachcombing the shore! No one will be bored at this amazing getaway.

Within walking distance of this condo, you can explore a plethora of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants right across the street at The Merchants of Seacrest Beach. Take a drive up the coast to the famous Pier Park. Here you will be able to shop at all of your favorite stores and experience the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. If there are a few golfers in the group, they will be pleased to know that Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles away as well. Bike rentals are conveniently included in your vacation rental, so grab a few cruisers and explore the coast for yourself. You are sure to find some hidden gems of your own.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
