Great stay for a large group!

Great home for a large group. Great neighborhood with a pool and trolley to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable room, big kitchen for big meals, and large common area for kids to hang out. Thanks for accommodating our group.

Nothing better than this

I became a hero because I chose this house. The House was amazing and exactly the same as in the pictures. Each room was clean, and kitchen was well equipped, so there was nothing need extra. We hope we can stay more and promised to come back soon.

The house is beautiful! The advertisement is very accurate. Our only disappointment is that checkin is so late and checkout is SO early! We were flying to and from, and was very cumbersome dealing with luggage in the interim. This house is on the back side of the neighborhood, so the bikes that come with the property were extremely helpful! We ended up renting more to help with getting to and from the beach and shopping areas. THANK YOU for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Great House, very busy beach

This is a beautiful house that was perfect for family. However, we were disappointed in how busy the private beach was. We got to the beach before 7 AM and still couldn’t get a spot close to the water. The pool was also very busy, but at least they were enough chairs. The pool was gorgeous, but the amount of rules (like no pool footballs in the water, 15 minute “adult time” every hour when kids have to get out of pool) seem to be overbearing. I guess this is what happens when you have such a busy place. This may seem petty, but we expected more from a property of this caliber. Again- we loved the house, but I didn’t love the packed community.

Family Trip of a Lifetime!

We wanted to take the whole family (5 adult kids, 2 grandkids and 2 significant others on a beach vacation for my wife's "milestone" birthday and stay in a house big enough to fit all comfortably, cook lots of big family dinners, relax and play games together and of course be close to the beach. THIS IS THE PLACE! We lost our first rental right on the beach (long story) and had to quickly scour VRBO looking for another beachfront. I expanded the search a bit and found Monteshello. What a blessing! Initially bummed to not be right on the beach, but soon knew we had made the right decision. We gained access to the fantastic pool, just minutes from the house, with the beach still very close and convenient on the tram, plus we saved about 1/3 on the rental, and got much more house! My wife and I were spoiled in the fantastic master suite, the kids and grandkids had pleny of room and the living space was perfect. This kitchen is awesome, plus the pizza oven on the main floor porch and the grill on the lower porch - we used them all. Another huge bonus with this house is that you back up to the beautiful wooded area with nobody behind you. We spent our evenings on the main floor screened in porch playing games, having cocktails and listening to music together. Everything in this beautiful, custom home is high end, from the Thermadore applicances to the touch screen toaster! The place was impeccibly clean on arrival, and just as pictured. You will love Monteshello!
