Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This was the perfect place for our family’s spring break vacation! Jason and Seth were incredible hosts, they were on top of communication and took care of anything we needed! The location was great and walking distance to the beach. We would absolutely recommend their beautiful home to anyone looking to stay in 30A!

Great location and great amenities

Overall the house is great. A great location in proximity to 30A (Rosemary/Seacrest Beach). The house is spacious and well built with high end Viking appliances. We were very appreciative of the 4 complimentary adult bikes and the beach chairs in the garage. The management company was super responsive and very helpful for the few items we needed. My only constructive feedback is that the cleaning crew appeared to have missed a few areas prior to our check-in.
