Little piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our check in and out process simply. We had a couple of questions and they were extremely prompt and respectful when helping us get them resolved. The home is great spacious and perfect for our family and friends that stayed with us. We will be staying again!!

Was perfect location and close to the beach. Had all the things needed to make our stay as great as possible. Aside from the outdoor grill only having one burner working, no issues and would definitely rent again.

Cleanliness is so important and I was really happy with how clean the property was. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Loved the private pool. The tenant underneath this rental did intrude once on our backyard pool time one evening but other than that, we had a relaxing and private vacation.

Loved the Pool

This house is an easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was nice to carry our stuff. I just wish it had been included in the rental. The rental company was easy to work with when I had questions. There is a long term tenant on the bottom level of the house and we met her once. She was friendly, but kept to herself. The private pool was the best part of the property by far!! The house comfortably fit 4 adults and a few kids. Overall Cleanliness was about a 4.5/5. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

conveniently located

Please know ahead of arrival, you will only be able to park 2 vehicles. We were a group of 3 couples and had to leave one of our vehicles in a local shopping area during our stay. The tenant in the downstairs area will intrude at times, which is awkward. It felt as if we didn't have any privacy during our stay. The golf cart key was not in the lock box as listed. The cart was chained to the beam under the patio and of no use to us during our stay. Although there were a couple of items left behind in the master bedroom from a previous stay, the home was clean and stocked with everything you need when away from home. Restaurants and entertainment were nearby making it convenient to get to and from. I would book with this entity again, but definitely choose a private location without renters.
