We have vacationed in Rosemary for 9 years now and this is one of our favorites. Very convenient and spacious. The only issue we found was a dirty microwave and oven, which we cleaned ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 7 moms and 7 daughters for a long weekend and loved the location and this beautiful home. The girls loved the 2 bunk rooms and plenty of King Rooms for adults. It was one of the most beautiful homes i have stayed in Rosemary Beach after coming for 10 years. There are lots of stairs, but there is an elevator if needed. The pool patio was our favorite place to visit as well as numerous beautiful seating areas. The new beach/ pool cards are a pain though...sharing 2 between 14 people was a pain.

Great trip to Rosemary Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I just stayed at the Gramercy for a little over two weeks. We had the place to ourselves the first week and then the kids and grandkids came down the 2nd week. The place was perfect for both situations. The Gramercy exceeded all our expectations..5 King size beds that were all super comfortable, bathrooms and great showers everywhere, the kitchen was phenomenal, The family area was open and very comfortable, the private pool was a big hit for the grandkids, TV,s were great and easy to use, sonos for easy listening music, and elevator to utilize for luggage and groceries. My wife and I agreed the place really lacked nothing we needed.

Beautiful home! The kids went to the beach, but we only left the house to ride bikes in the morning! We slept in every day!
