Condo was nice, however Vacasa service as a property manager was not!!! Yes they have a text service, but do they answer, no they don’t! Was there issues to be resolved, yes, did they answer, no. Also, they said call if any issue, just sat on hold to repeatedly be told a representative would be with me shortly, 35 minutes later just hung up. Was provided with 2 parking passes, only had one vehicle, and it said to report any vehicles if issues came about- well from the moment we arrived until we left there was an F150 in one of our spots reserved; however, with that said, we couldn’t utilize the two spaces and we rented a golf cart. Couldn’t bring our vehicle back to park on premises being other spot was taken right…(didn’t want vehicle towed for not being in a spot with a pass) WITH THAT SAID, we put other pass on golf cart and was only at condo for a little while before it got towed, and I had to pay $190 to get it out of tow lot. They have a contract with towing company across the beach, oh and they charge mileage after so many miles as well… No contact from property management when number was on file, the people that are actually on the property didn’t call either just towed it versus hearing why it was there to begin with. Worst experience involving a rental company EVER!!! Hot water in master shower was broke from day one, turn handle and water would get “warmer” but not warm enough to shower in at all just made a clicking noise as you turned it. Reported that as well, with no response, and I’m willing to bet in near future I’ll be charged for it being no one answered my call or text over that situation too. Best of luck to future Vacasa users on this premises!!!! The number provided on premises went to people that didn’t even manage the unit we were in. 🤷♂️
