I expected better!

We liked the easy to get to the beach and pool area. Now what I wasn’t happy with is the fact there was stuff in the refrigerator when we got there no parking pass was left and the shower door wouldn’t open in the hall bath called Vacasa and was told there was nothing that could be done until we checked out. I paid for a fully functional condo!! I’ve used Vacasa for about 5 or 6 years and I have to say this experience wasn’t real good I expect better for the money I paid!

As advertised but needs a new cleaning service.

Overall the property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. There were chips under the couch and coffee table, and dust and sand everywhere. Not happy with having to pay $150 cleaning fee when we had to clean the property when we got there.

It was a great experience but had a few things that we didn’t have dishwasher or a broom they took care of the broom but no dishwasher

We bought over $100 worth of groceries first day. The fridge froze everything. Eggs, tomatoes, lettuce, milk, cheese, etc. Good for booze, food not so much. Ruined most of it. Also, I tracked water in from front door to the bedroom. Used a bath towel to mop up with my foot. Towel was BLACK afterwards!

We loved our stay...comfortable bed, great view, easy access to the beach. We have small kids so being on the first floor was really convenient. Can't wait to come back...the only thing didn't like was there wasn't any were to put the kids cloths up at. I think the closest were being worked on. But other than that was great!

Loved the newly decorated bedroom and bath. The location is perfect walk out the sliding glass door and your at the pool.
