Last minute birthday trip

We took our son to the beach for the first time and we loved our condo it was affordable for last minute and great beachfront location. We had plenty of space and would love to book again in the future.

Vacation 2024

Excellent property. Condo as described clean roomy had what was needed. Close to everything. There was an umbrella and 2 chairs wish I knew that we brought our own. It appears that they are doing upgrades partially tiled floors. It will be great when the bedrooms get done. Hope to return next year. 😊

Great stay

Overall a great experience! The stove and dishwasher need replaced but was not a major factor. We were a little disappointed in balcony furniture but the view was absolutely amazing. Great location on beach and in town. We enjoyed the pool across the bridge due to the shade available. We would stay again.

Nice resort

Resort is very convenient, nice clean condo but 2 out of 4 burners on the stove did not work. The beds were not comfy and terrible to sleep on , luckily there was a big comfy couch.

Beautiful View but Inaccurate Listing

First and foremost, the 23rd-floor view from our condo was absolutely breathtaking. The freshly painted walls gave the condo a clean and modern ambiance. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a good mix of dishes, silverware, and pots & pans in the kitchen. We were disappointed by a few things, though. The main disappointment was that the sectional couch did not have a pullout option like the description says, so my son had to sleep on a couch for a week! Also, the furnishings were too sparse inside and out. There was no nightstand in the 2nd bedroom and only 2 chairs were on the balcony. A nice chair in front of the bay window would be a nice addition. Finally, the appliances in the kitchen were rusty on the outside - very off putting - and the freezer shelves weren't even hung up, with door shelves missing entirely. This was our 3rd stay at this resort, and the resort has gotten worse each time - 3 of the main elevators were down, so long lines were a result - such a waste of precious vacation time.

Emerald Beach

The property is very nice and super clean, I was by myself so there was way more room than i needed. The master is beautiful overlooking the ocean and access to the balcony from the master and the spare bedroom was nice as well. At the entrance are two bunk beds for the kids or who ever ;) Full kitchen with everything you need. The ice maker didn't work but a ticket was placed and I hope they get it fixed for the next arrival. I went across the street and bought a bag so minor issue. The sliding back door lock in backwards.... down normally is "lock" but not in this case.... the right side of the door doesn't open well at all but once I figured out the lock the left door opened pretty easily. I recommend this place to stay for sure and if im ever back I will request this room.

Amazing place to stay

This unit was very spacious and extremely clean. The property had everything you could ever need to vacation. It’s within walking distance to shop and restaurant’s. 10 out of 10

Cozy with Beautiful views

I read the reviews before hand so I was prepared for some issues. Before I begin with those let me say the view is beautiful from everywhere. I also got a discount because of the issue I faced with the door.. They had fixed alot of the problems the current review had mentioned. The shower door needs to be lifted dramatically to be closed/open. Wasnt really a problem. Now the hot tub. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. It kept shooting out black stuff. The appliances was older. One side of the glass doors was hard to open and close also not a big deal. Went went to the beach and came back with our knob gone and a guy inside. The man stated he had an order to change the knob system. We wasn't informed until the man called his office. He was pretty upset as well as us. Over all a good stay. Its was clean other than the jets.. A bit eventful even.

We had bugs the heater did not work Ice maker did not work the Tvs in all rooms did NOT work I was over this place it’s horrible the furniture was dirty also the kitchen had dirty dishes ugh the place was just nasty and disgusting

Great location. Amazing view! Small issues dealt with once we arrived.

When we arrived the first evening I was ready to cook for four adults. I knew we had a full kitchen so I prepared to cook most of our meals. However, we only had a very small frying pan, no drinking glasses, one spoon and one fork. I got creative with made do the first night. We called and the property manager, Jenny, was very kind and went out and bought kitchen items and brought them by the next morning. A few small things were not working. It’s a unit lacking TLC. Needs paint, newer and cleaner couch and bedroom chair (large rip on chair). The shower door does not close all the way, guest bedroom and bathroom doors don’t lock, stove top light does not work, we had a leak from the air Conditioning unit and water ran on the floor by the washer and dryer one day. Everything was handled the next day, but I did get weary of calling our manager and only called about major items. Black stuff came out of the jacuzzi the first night I used it, so I did not use it again. Unfortunate since we had two days of rain and the jacuzzi would have been nice. There is a grill by the pool. I was told there was not one when I called before we left. Didn’t notice if it was charcoal or gas since I left my steaks at home. Note: you have to bring extra kitchen trash bags. Only one is provided. Same with toilet paper. Small hotel size shampoo and conditioner is provided for each bathroom. There is a hairdryer. Bring your own laundry soap. Nice large washer and dryer. I would have brought a sheet for my bed if I had known they only use a top comforter. I know they don’t wash those (for others who care about that) Great access to the beach. You can rent chairs or bring your own umbrella and chairs and set it up to the side of their chairs. The view is spectacular!! Wonderful balcony. Nice gym. Bring your own beach towels. Non are provided like the picture shows. Check your email for the morning checkout procedures. Easy. This is a long detailed review bc when I called asking some of these questions I got the wrong information. I was not able to get hold of the owner for specific questions. It was different than my Airbnb stays where I had easy communication. I was referred to property management which was ill informed for my questions. I like to know how to prepare for my vacation.

Great location and view but needs some help!

This condo was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the Gulf! The layout was great of our group without feeling too cramped. The check in process was a nightmare! Only two of the 4 elevators were working and it appears that 4:00 on Sunday is "The" day and time to check in. Our instructions were that there would be a lock box that would allow us in the room where we would find bracelets for pool access and parking passes for the garage. I sent my wife up to gather those items while we unloaded the vehicles only to discover that there were no bracelets or or parking passes in the room. It took over 45 minutes to get everyone and our belongings up to the room. We inquired about bracelets and parking passes which were promised yet never brought to our room. The room itself was relatively dirty (I'm not talking sand from the beach) and missing quite a few essentials like paper towels, coffee filters a complete set of silverware and flatware. We had planned on cooking in but with the lack of amenities we opted to dine out and order in during our stay. This place has tremendous upside, just needs some attention to make the stay better.

Great location but condo needed updating

Great location and the staff we interacted with were friendly. Overall the facility was clean. We called management and left a message but they never called back. The condo we stayed in needs a little touch up. The couch needs replaced it’s nasty. The shower door in master is very hard to shut and water runs out. If you’re looking for a fancy condo isn’t it.

Not impressed

I wasn't bothered by the fact that the stove, fridge and dishwasher were all rusted on the outside because they were actually really clean on the inside. However, the 2nd bathroom shower curtain was molded and disgusting. I wouldn't even let my kids use that tub. There was sand in both the bunk beds the first night my kids tried to use them, and the comforter in the master bedroom had white crusty stains on it. Also, the tv in the second bedroom didn't work. Overall, very disappointed.

Almost horrible

Condo equipment was taken care of light bulbs were out in several rooms, ac wasn't cooling the room turns out it was froze up when we got there. Took 3 days before any of the above was fixed. The manager over the rental mike Mixon wouldn't return my calls after telling him I wanted the number of someone over him to complain. Mike acted as if he didnt Care about our stay, or maybe he couldn't keep up with his responsibilities in his role as manager. Close to the end of our reservation my wife was sitting at the dinning table with my two year old child sitting in her lap and when she scooted the chair back the leg snapped off sending her and my baby to the ground, luckily my wife wrapped her arms around the baby's head to keep it from hitting the ground. It was later found there had been a ticket on this chair and there teams fix was super glue you could tell it had been super glued the glue was both on the outside and inside of the chair. My daughter and wife both could have been seriously hurt. I would like a refund.
