Great vacation spot.

We very much enjoyed the property's wonderful view and location. Bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement as it's a bit uneven but it did not significantly impact our enjoyment.

The biggest issue I had was with the coffee pot. In the morning it works great but in evenings it did not want to work, other than that we loved it.

Convenient place to stay

We had 3 adults & a 2 year old during this stay. The place was a good size for us, property was clean upon checking in, & checkin was easy. It has a great balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Directly on the beach so super convenient with a toddler to take her back for naps. She also loved the wading pool & the adults loved the bar at the pool. I do feel it’s a bit over priced because it’s not updated at all (the review won’t let me post the amount I paid) but most places are overpriced now due to inflation. Plus we’ll do anything for our kids to make memories 😀 I would definitely rent again for a short stay just based on the convenience & amenities offered (pools, hot tub, gym).

Property was nice. You must purchase a parking pass for $25. Listing said you needed a pass. Did not mention you had to buy one. There was construction going on including jack hammering the structure. Very loud. Ask about construction before you rent

Exceeded expectations

When we pulled up to to the property our first impression was that it was a little tired. The central elevator was out of order and the two remaining elevators had people queued up. When we walked into the unit itself we were beyond pleased. It was sparkling clean, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need in the bathrooms and the kitchens. The balcony provides an outstanding view of the gulf and you can see much of the state park from there as well. Lots of families with kids at the property, a wedding party on the lawn the first night, everybody at the property seemed to be having a wonderful time.

Okay but Not Worth the Price

This unit has plenty of space for a family of four but it is in desperate need of updating and a new cleaning crew. The bedroom mattress is horrible. It has so much give that it almost touches the floor. The sleeper sofa is horrible. It is very uncomfortable, even for our kids, and was full of sand. All of the furniture in the unit is very dated, dirty and needs to be replaced. There is one outlet in the living room that is coming out of the wall. The bedroom TV is too small and doesn’t have a remote. The coffee pot leaks when you pour coffee. The bathrooms were ok except for the old, dirty rugs on the floor. This unit was not clean when we arrived. The counters still had coffee stains along with dirt/crumbs from the previous renters. The floors were dirty as well. The bottoms of our feet were black after being there for one day. The fridge had hair in it from not being wiped out at all. Again, the furniture was dirty and is so old that it would be impossible to clean it which is another reason this unit needs to be updated. After speaking with other renters on the property, they had more up to date units that were clean and did not experience the issues that we had. The elevators are a nightmare. Very slow and have zero airflow which makes it miserable during the summer heat. We do not feel that the accommodations were satisfactory for the amount of money we paid for a full weeks stay.

Condo was very clean however the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The owner was notified of this. Nice pools and loved the Tiki Bar.
