Condo and views were excellent. Very spacious condo. Great views. So many positives and one negative in the fact that although the bikes were great, we couldn't ride them off the property due to not having a key fob. (Security wouldn't allow us back in through the gates. We love to bike so this affected an otherwise amazing stay. Pool code didn't work so we had to use the Dunesider pool, which turned out to be very nice anyways.

Exceptional property!

For over 30 years we have come to the Florida coast to enjoy family vacations. This property ranks in the top 5. The condo has a beautiful 270 degree view of the ocean, and the two pools are conveniently located close by.Darrell, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had. We plan to return in the near future. We are happy to give it a 5-star rating.

Property is stunning and well laid out. We’ve stayed in many beach places over the years and all agreed this one had the best floor plan and views! Would love to rent again!!!! There are a few very minor things to address, but I am sure the host is working on those. We could not get the fans in the two guest bedrooms to stay on without the light being on - which is not optimal at night. It could have been user error, though. Also, the electrical outlet in bathroom of queen room did not appear to work. Guests had to dry hair in bedroom. Again, super minor things but would improve the overall use of the condo especially for the higher end rental rates. Overall, fantastic views, floor plan and location!!!!

Wonderful stay at Watersound

I can't say enough great things about this property and Watersound community. Absolutely stunning. One of the best places I've ever rented, if not THE best. Wouldn't change a thing, and we definitely plan to be back!

Ocean Views in Paradise

Awesome location only 400 steps from the beach. Beautiful pools, and luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Close to the best food and shops in America! Love staying in paradise and can Not wait to visit again Must see for yourself, and enjoy restful peace and tranquility till you recover and refocus till next time.

Found on vrbo. Rented with ease. Love the location and a great view down the beach even though it was a nice hike down the boardwalk to the beach. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful Views

We recently stayed here with two families (total of 3 kids) - the layout was perfect for us. We appreciated the elevator access on move-in day. We spent our days at the beach / pool or shopping in different beach towns and spent most evenings enjoying the view from the patio! We would definitely recommend, it exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Property is stunning, both inside, but particularly the views from that exceptional 270 degree balcony. Morning coffee and evening cocktails couldn't feel more special. Darrell is easy to get in touch with and fast to respond to questions. The complex itself rarely feels crowded and provides access to exceptional pools and beautiful beaches. There are wonderful restaurants and amenities close by, but as the week went on our family realized that nothing was better than hanging out in the beautiful complex/apartment, making easy dinners and soaking in the views, the beach and the pool.

Pictures don’t do this property justice

This is by far one of the nicest properties in which we have stayed. The views are outstanding. The unit was spotless on arrival. The furnishings were all top notch. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. Easy access to the private beach. Very accessible for older visitors since there is an elevator. We would stay here again in heartbeat.
