Exceptional property!

For over 30 years we have come to the Florida coast to enjoy family vacations. This property ranks in the top 5. The condo has a beautiful 270 degree view of the ocean, and the two pools are conveniently located close by.Darrell, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had. We plan to return in the near future. We are happy to give it a 5-star rating.

Amazing place to stay

We could not have been happier with everything about this amazing place to stay. The view is incredible and the location within WaterSound is perfect for doing a lot with a little effort.

Wonderful stay at Watersound

I can't say enough great things about this property and Watersound community. Absolutely stunning. One of the best places I've ever rented, if not THE best. Wouldn't change a thing, and we definitely plan to be back!

What a great place

We loved this place ! The view of the ocean is fantastic. We sat on the deck each night and watched the stars slowly move across the night sky. Perfect !

This is a beautiful property the view was amazing !! We stayed here with 3 other adult children. The place has everything you need and the host was very responsive. We will be booking this place again for sure !

Ocean Views in Paradise

Awesome location only 400 steps from the beach. Beautiful pools, and luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Close to the best food and shops in America! Love staying in paradise and can Not wait to visit again Must see for yourself, and enjoy restful peace and tranquility till you recover and refocus till next time.

Beautiful Views

We recently stayed here with two families (total of 3 kids) - the layout was perfect for us. We appreciated the elevator access on move-in day. We spent our days at the beach / pool or shopping in different beach towns and spent most evenings enjoying the view from the patio! We would definitely recommend, it exceeded our expectations.

Lovely Long Weekend

The VRBO listing accurately reflects the property which to me is a huge win. The owner was prompt, thorough and kind in communication. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and is convenient to 2 pools. We would definitely return to this particular condo.

Stunning property and views!

We loved our stay here! 3rd floor views from the main room and balcony are stunning. This is a wonderful property in a gated community with convenience to the beach, multiple pools, access to bikes to ride around the neighborhood. We especially loved coming in from the beach, stopping by the pool and ordering lunch or snacks poolside without having to head back to the room. The rooms were clean and new, beds were comfortable and living spaces open and refreshing. Will definitely be coming back as often as we can!

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay at Breathtaking. The views are spectacular. The extra amenities and garage full of beach gear were especially nice. We enjoyed taking the bikes to the Hub for live music in the evenings and used the relaxing pool area nearly everyday. Beds and linens were extremely cozy. As was the furniture in the main living area for hanging out and watching a movie. Thank you for sharing your property! We had a wonderful stay.

Pictures don’t do this property justice

This is by far one of the nicest properties in which we have stayed. The views are outstanding. The unit was spotless on arrival. The furnishings were all top notch. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. Easy access to the private beach. Very accessible for older visitors since there is an elevator. We would stay here again in heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely week at Watersound. Late October is quiet on 30A but nice time of year at the beach. The condo was very comfortable and even better than the online photos. We spent a lot of time on the balcony - beautiful views. Only negative is the dishwasher. Condo is really well furnished and equipped. We will return!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Property is stunning, both inside, but particularly the views from that exceptional 270 degree balcony. Morning coffee and evening cocktails couldn't feel more special. Darrell is easy to get in touch with and fast to respond to questions. The complex itself rarely feels crowded and provides access to exceptional pools and beautiful beaches. There are wonderful restaurants and amenities close by, but as the week went on our family realized that nothing was better than hanging out in the beautiful complex/apartment, making easy dinners and soaking in the views, the beach and the pool.

Perfect Vacay Home

We drove in and we’re amazed by the community! The location is great, views from home we’re beautiful. Very spacious! We loved everything about the home. The garage was filled with goodies for the beach and pool. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking. Beds were cozy and comfy! Bring your clothes and your beach towels- everything else is there!

Great rental!

The rental was well appointed with all the items you needed for a great stay. Property was very clean. The layout and space of the rental just added to the relaxing environment. Large balcony had plenty of seating and amazing ocean views! The proximity to the pool was an added bonus. Elevator also made getting luggage up to condo seamless and would make the stay workable if you were travelling with older parents who have challenges with steps. Location was less crowded area, but you still had quick access to restaurants and shopping. The host was always responsive to emails and inquiries as we were planning our trip. Would definitely stay at this property again.

"Breathtaking" views!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our weeklong stay in Breathtaking. The layout is perfect, and our boys loved the "infinity" pool just outside the building. The views of the gulf are truly breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again - we loved the close access to The Hub. My only complaint would be the laundry room as it is really tight in there, and the dryer takes most of the day to dry a load of clothes. But, most people on vacation are probably not worried about laundry. HA!

wonderful vacation

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed every minute. Perfect in every way. Beautiful spot on the beach with a pool right near the unit. Restaurants and shopping minutes away. Only complaint is no cable TV. They have a new set up with Roku that none of us understand. If we didn't have an amazon prime and paramount plus account we couldn't get the football games on and other shows.

Fabulous Condo + Beach Community

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time! The ocean views are unbelievable, we loved sitting out on the balcony to relax and enjoy it all. The condo itself was very well maintained and cleaned. It had all the amenities to make it special and comfortable. The community this condo is located in was perfect for us; and our two young kiddos. You are slightly removed from the hustle and bustle; and have a beautiful pool right at the back of the building + the beach is an easy walk. Darrell was also super responsive - we had some questions before/during our stay; and he got back to us right away and was eager to help. We are already talking about planning our trip back next year! :-)
