「Got a late check out and visited their executive club lounge. Although they said the lounge is close at 10pm they are not serving alcohol since 9pm which is a down side and surprise me. Staff at lounge not speaking much English.」

The front desk felt like a mini-UN: English flowed, and they snagged me Forbidden-City tickets in two minutes. Handed over dirty laundry at breakfast; it came back clean and folded at dusk—zero charge. Mattress = cloud, pillow = marshmallow, sleep = instant. Warmest little base in Beijing—see you next time. 」
