"Asked for help to cool my room (the a/c is centrally set at a minimum of 24 degrees… not great when it’s 35 outside at night). But was fobbed off every time - one time they even laughed at me. Room is good and clean. Reception would benefit from vending machines or selling some water etc. Shame about ..."
