"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Rockport home! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Back Beach and a quick stroll to Bearskin Neck’s shops, cafés, and galleries. The house itself is spotless (and cleanliness is huge for me!), stylish, and clearly just renovated with a perfect mix of coastal charm and modern comfort.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and we really appreciated having parking right out front (a total bonus in Rockport!). The beds were super comfortable, and the ocean breeze and view from the upstairs bedroom were amazing.It was perfect for our family — the hosts even thought of everything from toys to beach chairs and an extra air mattress. Communication was seamless and check-in was a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back to the Back Beach Bungalow!"

"We love old homes and all their quirks, so be ready for that. The decks overlooking the Rockport bay were lovely, and being able to walk on the sidewalk to Bearskin Neck and the beaches and park was terrific. To be clear this place is not luxurious. While it is well stocked with a new coffee maker, bean grinder, air fryer, and coffee and spices and cookware, the stove and dishwasher are on their last leg and some of the bathroom hardware needs replacement. But the bottom line is it is a great value for the price and we loved it. "
