We couldn't of had a better experience. The house is amazing. The views are something out of a magazine. Not to mention the homeowners come right over if you have any needs at all.

The time on the property was terrific. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. With the pond right out front, the Colorado River in back, and surrounded by mountains made for one of the most scenic properties we have been at. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The open floor plan allowed us to socialize together as we prepared meals and the large table allowed us to all eat at the same table for meals. The house was perfectly centralized to visit the wineries in Palisade and the hot springs in Glenwood Springs.

We had an absolute wonderful stay at the ranch. From the moment you enter the property, you realize you made the right decision in booking this property. You have 360 degrees of breath taking views. The house itself was gorgeous as well. It had everything our group of 10 needed. The open floor plan was great for visiting with one another. Even with 10 people we did not feel cramped at all. Tina the owner made us feel very welcome and took care of all of our needs. She reached out to us before we arrived and was there to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone who wants to enjoy the great outdoors and all the recreational activities that Colorado has to offer. We will be rebooking this great house in the future for sure.

The location is excellent on the river and a lake . The house is spacious and comfortable. Our extended family stayed here and our party consisted of 7 adults and 2 teens. We had plenty of space and enjoyed cooking, grilling, fishing, kayaking without having to leave the property.

Amazing home surrounded by breath taking scenery. It’s a private, peaceful retreat. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in pond and floating down the Colorado river. Watching movies on the giant projector screen with surround sound made for spectacular viewing experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
