Welcome to our charming 70m2 apartment located in the heart of the Marais, a stone's throw from the magnificent Place des Vosges. Nestled on the first floor of a typically Parisian building with elevator, our apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and authenticity.

Space: Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has the following amenities to make your stay pleasant:
• A bright air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sofa
• A table and chairs for convivial meals.
• A television and WiFi access to stay connected.
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dishwasher
• 2 bedrooms with a double bed and cupboards to store your belongings.
• A separate toilet for greater convenience.
• A bathroom with a shower to refresh you after a day of exploring Paris.
The apartment also has a washing machine/dryer.

Le Marais is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Paris, and you'll be right in the heart of the action when you stay here. Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful squares in Paris, is just a few steps from the apartment. You can stroll the neighborhood's cobblestone streets, visiting art galleries, designer boutiques, cafes and trendy restaurants. The Picasso Museum and the Center Pompidou are also nearby for art lovers.

Le Marais is known for its unique blend of history and modernity, and you can discover the true soul of Paris as you stroll through its narrow, picturesque streets. Additionally, the nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around the entire city.

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
