Great Ski Condo for Families

This property is perfect for multiple families, with two master bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds. Everything worked great and it was a pleasure to stay there. The common room had everything we needed to hang out and unwind. The property is on the main road to the Ski Lodge with convenient bus service.

beautiful home close to slopes

we spent a lovely Thanksgiving in this spacious condo and loved the ability to walk to Park City in about 12 minutes (drive to Park City mountain was 6 minutes). Strong recommend for groups of 8-10

Great Ski Location

A great condo very conveniently located near Deer Valley Resort. Bus stop steps away from the condo with buses going to both Deer Valley and Park City. Close enough that even the 3 year old grandson could easily walk it. Condo has well equipped kitchen and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great spot to be close to skiing and downtown

Great spot in Park City. It was walkable to PC and easy to get to PCMR & Deer Valley (ski'd at them each on different days). We also discovered it's right next to a delicious cafe called Deer Valley Grocery Cafe. Definitely try it if you stay here! The condo is really clean and seems like it was just renovated. 10/10 and I highly recommend. Would be 11/10 if there was a hot tub.

Great location but need some maintenance

Location was great and very convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. DV 's snowpark lodge is 4mins away via the free bus. Park City main Street is also a few munites away. The condo is nice and big with a kid's bunkers rooms up to 4-6. Plus another 3 bedrooms. (Including 2 large en-suite) The condo needs some maintenance: The dishwasher did not work and was partially broken We had to unplug the wine fridge which started to big due to temperature alarm A bathtub was clogged (the rental company was very reactive on this).

To be resolved

It was fine, but in the age of COVID, plushy seat covers and other soft and bacteria prone materials are not ideal. The location is far for both PC and DV walking distance (and not a nice walk to PC). The dishwasher’s bottom tray needs to be repaired. The dryer also needs fixing as drying takes hours. The barbecue is also in need of repair or replacement. I hope this is helpful.

Great wifi & location!

Lots of shuttles to grab our group and take a quick (3 min) ride into town. The wifi was strong enough for our group of 9 to be streaming/working throughout the week.

The location was great for our family - close to park city Main Street, lots of hiking, golf and shopping. Maintenance was very attentive and quick to respond.

Condo in Park City near center of town

Overall cute place but few things to be noted..No a/c but fans which did absolutely nothing when this place is in the 80's. It is very very hot. No deck furniture which is kind of a shame with a cute deck. Mold in dishwasher, shower pressure not good , washer and dryer are a joke, takes hours to dry anything. On the positive..Very good location , easy to bike to town.Lots of shops, restaurants nearby.

Perfect location

Easy access to DV and Park City. Bus literally at property entrance. Nicely decorated and very clean. Would stay here again.

Great location, great neighbors, just great

The location was fantastic. We rode it bikes the 0.5 miles to the lift, we walked the 0.6 miles to downtown for dinner, and we loved all the activities and the nearby lake. The neighbor we met was wonderful, very friendly and had great suggestions. It was really nice that the cleaning team too care of everything. We didn't have to start the linens or run a last load of dishes. Made it more relaxing!!

Park City Retreat!

Stairwells had quite a few leaves in them, and we seen a number of spiders, including one black widow that we killed. Other than that everything was pretty good. We were a little disappointed with the bed in the third bedroom, it was quite small, but the couple that stayed there survived!!

Perfect location and beautifully decorated!

This home far exceeded our expectations. It is big, cozy and beautiful. It is perfectly located near the base of Deer Valley and super close to town. It is also next to our favorite breakfast spot, Deer Valley Grocery! we loved the place and Leron and his team took great care of us!

This place is so nice, we loved the decor! The location is perfect for skiing access and right around the corner to Deer Valley Cafe. We can't wait to come back in the summer for mountain biking/hiking season and next year's ski trip!

Spacious, beautiful, great stay!

Came with 2 kids and another family of 4, absolutely loved the place. The bunk room was awesome for the kids. Really convenient to everything, plan to book here again!

Absolutely loved this property! Everything was gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. Great location - was incredibly easy to get to Main Street and Deer Valley, and loved having breakfast at Deer Valley Grocery. Look forward to staying again.
