Perfect location & great property!

A 3-minute walk to/from the Town Lift, which is at the base of Main Street! And the bunk room is perfect for accommodating a bunch of kids.

Low Key Find

In town for a business trip with colleagues, we found the house to be quiet, clean, and professionally managed. Although on the smaller side, it’s well laid out so everyone has their space (and their own bathroom). The house is wired with a surprisingly good sound system, and there are clear instructions for everything. I prefer to be walking distance from Main St and it was only a short walk down the hill to Harvest.

We’ve rented VRBO properties worldwide and never dealt with a management company this bad. KBM promised, via multiple emails, to send the access code when the unit was ready but never did. At check-in, we called repeatedly, but their automated system doesn’t connect you to a live person, and our messages went unanswered. We only got in because we were digging through an old confirmation emails for additional contact info and happened to find the codes. The property was also misrepresented—listed as having AC, and found during a search for properties with A/C, but it doesn’t. The bedrooms were in the 80s every afternoon, only cooling down late at night with window fans. VRBO tried to help, but KBM took two days to respond via email that someone would reach out. No one ever did.The home itself is nice and in a great location, but KBM’s incompetence ruined the experience. We will never rent from them again and recommend avoiding any property they manage.

Great location and house

We enjoyed the convenience to walk down into town daily (steps are literally next to property) and easy ski over to the slope leading down to the lift. The hot tub was an extra bonus and frequently used. Kitchen and den was spacious for our big family (6 adults and 5 kids). Would stay again!

Great stay!!

This house was fantastic & just what we were looking for! It’s right next to the Town Lift with ski on ski off access at the end of the road - could not be easier. Main Street is a short walk down some steps and you are there! It’s in the heart of park city and really has it all. On top of the location being great, the house itself was amazing. The size of the house accommodates lots of people to sleep comfortably on multiple floors. The hot tub and fireplace were a hit after a day of skiing. The views were unreal and made for great photos! Had an unforgettable time with my friends - highly recommend. The hosts are generous and accessible as well which makes a huge difference

First of all, the good! The location could not be more fabulous! A quick walk to Town Lift - you can easily rent and/or store your skis at the base of Town Lift. Old Town shops and restaurants are just a quick walk away as well. The hot tub and deck are lovely. The hot tub is new and spacious and the views overlooking Old Town are great!The house itself is old and needs updating. It is clean but worn, old appliances, tvs etc. When we arrived the jetted tub downstairs and the steam shower on the second level were not working. Rebecca at KBM resorts sent maintenance the same day (New Year's Day) and both issues were promptly resolved. However, when we went to use the jetted tub again, the jets were filled with mold and mildew. She sent a lady to clean the tub and jets the next day but unfortunately, when we went to use the tub the same issue with mold and mildew remained in the jets. We alerted Rebecca again, but no one ever came to clean it again. We never got to use the jetted tub. The shower in that bathroom (the primary suite) is very small and not very inviting. The lower level has a strange sewer smell, worse at some points of the day than others but it was not very inviting.

Amazing Place Close to Main Street

This was absolutely the perfect house to stay in for my trip to Park City over the 4th of July. The house had ample room was incredibly clean and the perfect location. Unfortunately I could not figure out if there was AC so the house was quite warm during the summer heat but overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, great views!

Great location, great views of downtown Park City from the deck. The house is located steps from town lift and includes a hot tub and a cool propane lit fire pit for chilly mountain evenings. Great house for 3 couple or a family of 5 or 6 with young children. Beds were comfortable and cozy area for in the kitchen/family room.

Location is legit

Awesome access to town lift but the neighbor threatened to call the cops when we were in the hot tub past 10:00. With the 5 beds in the bunk area, it’s a great house for two families that want to vacation together but a bit tight for 7 dudes on a reunion.

Too small for 10 people, as advertised. Living spaces can't accommodate. Would be perfect for 6 or 7. A bit expensive compared to other, more spacious homes, but can't beat location

Father - Son Boys Ski Weekend

Had a great time in Park City. Location was fantastic. Hot tub was a huge hit! 2 min walk to downtown for shops an restaurants. Easy access to rent skies and jump on town lift. Would definately rent again!!

Charming Park City Home

This home has plenty of space, a nice deck with views to Main St and excellent location. Nice kitchen since we ate breakfast in on a few days.

Amazing service

The house was very nice, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. The shower in the master was exceptional, and the linens were nice quality (the only small suggestion would be to have higher quality sleeping pillows). The location couldn't have been better - it was only a block and a half to the slopes, so it's almost ski-in ski-out. I loved the perfectly timed flow of information (texts with information the day of our arrival, the day after, and the day before departure). I wish more companies did it that way. Will absolutely stay here again.

Park City Ski Trip

Great location and easy access to Main St and Town lift. Plenty of room for two families with 4 teenagers. We would rent again!

Great location for a Park City vacation!

We loved the house and the layout was perfect for our group. The only negative was the neighbor, who called the police because she said we were blocking her driveway the morning we were packing the van to leave. AFTER she called the police, she came to our door and yelled at my son, telling him we had 5 seconds to move the van. We were happy to move it, and incidentally, she wasn't going anywhere. It was completely uncalled for. A great trip otherwise.
