“The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues.……

“We only stayed here one night before we flew out the next morning. We did however make plenty of statements that we wish we had more time here. The property is great and full of amenities and things to do. There is a restaurant, bar, casino, pool, hot tub, gift shop, outdoor games and garden area and a fitness center. In our short time there we ate at the restaurant, lounged outside, listened to music by the pool and got a good nights sleep. Everything was great and we would book this location……

“I’m giving this place a 3.5 star which is average in my books. We stayed in the fisherman’s lodge up on the hill from where the horse stable was. It had its own bathroom but the room felt very old and a bit outdated. I would have rated it higher if there weren’t stains on the carpet and food crumbs left from past visitors. It’s a nice area and the hot spring was a bonus. It does feel like a resort where you can stay on sight to eat, stroll, and swim. There is no tv and no ac in the room. Just a……

“The property is located near the entrance of the Yellowstone National Park. It is very convenient in visiting the Park ”

“very cute cabin like room with wiildlife motif spreads, curtains and lamps. It was nice to have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer area. The parking was very convenient, a short walk to the room. The breakfast was good, with homemade blueberry pancakes and sausage as well as cereal alternatives. It was very quiet and it overlooks pastureland that often has elk herds to view, but not on our visit. The only negative is that the room was fairly dark. The lamps were cute but some……

“We love staying at the Sapphire! We especially appreciate the retro motel vibe, clean rooms and nice landscaping. It’s close to food trucks, has an espresso venue on the premises and is convenient to downtown. The vintage bar ware makes me smile, thanks for your attention to detail!”
