「Upon entry staff were super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping did an excellent job. Overall the hotel was very well maintained and super convenient to explore the city.」

「The experience at the hotel was great, but upon looking at the invoicing between the hotel and Expedia, it seems I paid taxes both in the state of Texas and the state of Washington. With that, I will refrain from any future bookings using companies like Expedia. I’d rather any tax dollars I pay to stay in Texas - and especially over a state like Washington.」
