“This pet-friendly condo was nice and the host is amazing. My son and husband really liked the candy placed around for us to enjoy. I really liked the single packs of make-up remover in the cute jars to use. The area was beautiful and fun, we especially liked the dog park. The restaurants in the area were also very good. We will definitely be back. ”

“The property pictures online lead you to believe it’s upscale property. Flooring was buckled and coming up in several places. Amenities were cheap and lacking. It definitely was not as clean as the other VRBO properties we have stayed at. The condo is really hard to find, when we called it was some guy that wasn’t even from the area so had no idea how to tell us to get there either. Moving forward, I will go back to VRBO listed properties and not those listed through vacasa on VRBO. ”

“Unable to Check In – Unresponsive Host & Property Exterior Was ConcerningUnfortunately, our stay at Secluded Pleasant Valley Hideout never happened because we were unable to check in. The entry code did not work, and we were locked out of the property. We had also messaged the host one day prior to check-in with a question and never received a response. When we couldn’t access the unit, the host still did not respond, and even the VRBO support team was unable to reach them.We also want to note……
