Unbeknownst to us, the European's rely on Whatsapp. Most Americans don't use Whatsapp. Arrival instructions didn't come until the day of, even though I had requested much earlier. The day of, I'm traveling to get there with no wifi connection, thereforth no information. Very frustrating. The person who runs/owns this is very careful to make sure the guests are supplied with everything they could possibly need. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils.
