"Clean, bright and wonderful location."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay—everything from the room to the service met my expectations. However, I was disappointed by my experience with the parking information provided by the hotel staff. The hotel offers valet parking only, but there is a public parking garage located directly behind the property that provides self-parking at a slightly lower cost. During my stay, I was told—more than once—that this garage did not offer in-and-out privileges, which is not accurate. Having stayed here before, I knew this wasn’t the case and even asked directly to confirm, yet the staff continued to insist it wasn’t an option. I do expect honest and accurate information so I can make an informed choice. Aside from this issue, everything else about the stay was great—but this left a negative impression."

"Great location for getting to old town Pasadena. East access to freeways to get to LA and other parts of the southland. Only downside is the small parking lot that can fill up quickly."

"I had reserved a king bed standard room. When I opened the door of our room it was two queens. I could deal with that, but decided to go back to the office and point out the error. This is a hotel with quite a few rooms, it was early and not a particularly busy evening. They did change us to a king bed room, but it happened to be a handicapped accessible room which we did not need. Thus, it did not have the sofa like the room I had reserved. The bed was saggy in places and pillows were flat. I have stayed here previously with a good experience but it was disappointing this time. "

"Parking got to be a little full later on after dark. This place is good if you’re looking for basic amenities like somewhere to shower, sleep an store your food. It was fine for myself, a solo traveler for work. No shortage of random people rambling around in the parking lot asking people for change or a cigarette or just coming up to talk to me. The room could’ve used a bit of a deeper cleaning but it’s to be expected for the price. I wouldn’t mind staying here again."
