「I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was so frustrated and tired my entire stay. I didn’t get to relax how I wanted to on my trip. The place is beautiful but it’s to massive! No one tells you have to hike to get anywhere. In 2 hrs we walked 13,000 steps! We were going in circles, the employees weren’t much help, they kept telling us to go different directions (wrong ways) maybe because the place is fairly new and employees still don’t know their way around but it was very upsetting. ...

「Pésimo internet, cargos escondidos, “late checkout” con costo, vasos extremo pequeños en bar, solo un bar y medio para todo el hotel… a los niños les cobran todo incluido pero sufren discriminación y solo pueden usar 1 “buffet” de los tres restaurantes que tiene el hotel… el servicio a cuarto cuesta 150 cada vez cada platillo … NO VAYAN 」

「The view from the pool and patio is outstanding! But for the high price, property description and great reviews, we expected this property to be luxury but it leaned towards backpacker hostel, at least for our room which is Arbol and up the spiral staircase (it may be called Diabolito 1 in the description online). It should be more clear up front that some rooms have air conditioning and some do not, so the customer knows to look at the details of each room before booking, as we were surprised...

「Rooms are large and have plenty of seating/relaxing area with great views from the balcony. Kitchen is has all items needed for cooking. Washer/dryer in unit. Location is 5-10 min walk downhill (with lower entry gate on the main road) to town and beach area. Uphill return walk takes longer. 」
