「Hotel reception area is very nice and brand new. Staff are also nice. Because it’s a new hotel the air in the bedroom smell dusty which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I booked a room with city view but I could only see a warehouse and a forest from my room on the 6th floor.」

「This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday.」

「Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. 」

「The location was good. Although it is 1km away from the main road. There was no toilet paper in the washroom, kitchen amenities wasn’t working, no ac, it was very hot. It was clean but the washroom didn’t have body wash or toothpaste. No one was here to solve these issues.」

「I messaged the hotel to pick me from the airport as advised airport pick up and drop off.we called the property 3 times. No one pick up. No one showed up. I took a taxi. When I arrived, no one there. 4 bedrooms. Two were used. Two clean. Waited for hour. Tried to call. No one there. I had 12 hours layover. I helped my self and used one of the rooms. I woke up and heard someone is there. I asked if I can arrange taxi to the airport at 5 am. He said price 10 usd. Although it doesn’t say on the...
