"Our staying was not perfect but very reasonably good. Hotel is a "bit" outdated but location is good with perfect nature exposure. The room was huge with ocean view. The staff is excellent, patient, polite and very helpful. The dinner was slightly below expectation, and we opted to taste it only once."

Mini studio on se sent vraiment à l’étroit, une cuisine pas entretenue (placard poussiéreux avec araignées), la vaisselle pas propre. La salle de bain est plutôt propre par rapport au reste. "I have mixed feelings about our stay at Joao's place. We were a bit disappointed to find the state of the place; we emailed the landlord but he did not respond until Vrbo contacted him. Positive: - location: the view over the ocean is spectacular! - silence: it is a quiet area, only residential. aside from a couple of dogs once in a while, there is no outside noise - sleep quality: the (hard) mattresses worked a charm and we slept really well - good fun with the table tennis in the common...

"We stayed for 5 night, the property is in a lovely quiet area with street parking available, I would definitely recommend renting a car. The owner and his son were quick with communication and very helpful. The property is a lovely older building with plenty of character, clean and everything was in working order. There is wifi in the common area which works well and the view from the rooms is fantastic. "

"Great place to watch the sunset from a shared deck while having dinner. Double check if the jacuzzi is in working condition, it was off due to covid measures during my stay. wifi was not available as described, however there was signal for vodafone data. The host sends you GPS coordinates to find the location in a welcome message. If you are driving uphill to reach what looks like a shed at the GPS cooridnates, walk back downhill a few meters to find stairs going down towards the house."

"Lovely small town of Prazeres with multiple excellent restaurants and a lovely well appointed house. Very clean & spacious for the 4 of us with outside space for relaxing in the evening. Air Con was a blessing ! One improvement would be a more modern smart TV to access Netflix etc especially for the youngsters, other than this its perfect."
