The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, sent text to check to see if we had everything we needed, which was very nice. If traveling in this area we will definitely stay here again. "What my husband and I loved most about Ms. Tawana and her staff was/is they've been excellent into making sure we were comfortable and taking the time to give us a homelike feel at the hotel. They've made it easy to call the Ramada home for a while due to our apartment situation. "The only issue was when I made the reservations, I requested adjoining rooms and upon arrival, the desk clerk told us none were available. I made these reservations well in advance and I felt like adjoining rooms should have been held for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "
