"The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and informative. Hotel was easy to access and airport shuttle to different terminals easy to access as well. "

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"

"Hotel & Room was nice, clean, spacious. The breakfast was good, but not worth £18. Having to also pay £18 for the car park as a paying guest was unexpected, not mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Having queried this with staff, the parking would have been free had I booked direct and not via hotels.com!"
