Our stay at Blue Point was awesome. Room was amazing, facilities were fantastic, breakfast was great, with a great range available, and location was amazing. Only downside side was not being able to use daybeds at the main pool as they are given priority to Single Finn’s. But there are sunbeds at the other pool so not a big deal. Overall amazing choice for Uluwatu accommodation

Rooms are good size and clean but very outdated. Location of hotel is wonderful, right on the beach and Main Street for bars and restaurants easily accessible. The main pool is shared with the beach club that is attached to the hotel which is mostly full of travels in their 20’s which is something to be aware of and hotel guests do not get priority over the beds. Breakfast is pretty poor, mostly stale croissants and cake. I would stay here for location rather than luxury.

A monkey stole my phone and the staff managed to get it back, even though there is a 30 meter vertical cliff right next to the pool where the monkeys go :) Best staff in the world.

Our junior suite was not so great. The shower drain/drains were always backed up! The drapes, towels & pillow covers had stains on them. Breakfast was good, and staff were always friendly! The rooms could use updating.

Staff were very lovely, property is currently under maintenance so it's very noisy. The mobile coverage is poor and so is internet. The pools are great, the views are amazing. We were a bit bored after a couple of days. Watching the surfers was really good, it is a stunning location.

A parte externa do hotel é melhor e mais cuidado, ao meu ver é o que traz o dinheiro ao hotel e acaba mantendo, os apartamentos sao antigos, banheiro com cheiro de fossa, mas nada que nao de pra ficar, vale demais pelo custo benefício e pelo pico, está literalmente na cara do mar, com ctz voltaria, mas uma reforma iria ajudar bastante

Beautiful location with amazing views of the ocean. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were beautiful, and so helpful. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, was usually cold every morning, and because I am such a fussy eater did not like the breakfast buffet very much, which had a lot of Indonesian food, which I do not like, but I am very fussy with food. They still served eggs anyway you wanted them cooked, had fruit and cereals so still had a good size breakfast every morning (just mentioning this for those people who are fussy like me). The only issue we had with the accommodation, was the shower being in the bath, the bath was very high and there were no handrails to hold on to get in and out of the bath. Consequently, my husband slipped getting out of the bath and fractured 3 ribs. This is fine for younger people but we are in our 60s and not as limber as we used to be. We reported this to the staff and the same afternoon, they had installed to handrails in the shower, which we were very grateful for. We also had access to a doctor at the hotel. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The view from the reception and main infinity pool are amazing. The onsite restaurant also had amazing views and nice range of food available - same menu as the infinity pool/single fin beach club (which is a shared space of the lower infinity pool). We weren't aware that you needed to pre-book day beds at the main/lower infinity pool ahead of time, so as only staying 2 nights (one full day), they were fully booked through reception. We managed to speak to the staff at the pool the next day who were able to accommodate us, but it wasn't a smooth experience and something it would have been good to know of ahead of time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though you just need to remember to keep the door locked to your balcony as there are local monkeys that also enjoy the hotel facilities :-). Overall it was a beautiful location, view and we had a lovely stay.

In need of an upgrade

Room was very tired looking and dated and in dire need of an upgrade. The air con was very weak. The bed sheets and towels are old and in need of replacing. It was also disappointing that it was near impossible to get a lounger by the bottom pool as they share this space with Single Fin and allow guests from outside to pre-book loungers by the pool. This also made it difficult to get towels, they were always running out of towels in the afternoon. It was quite disappointing and we'll be staying somewhere else on our next visit Uluwatu as we didn't feel this was up to the standard it should have been.

Very nice swimming pool, staff at the pool is more helpful and polite compared to the main reception counter. Food choice is limited, only one restaurant there. Spa atmosphere is good but lack of privacy ( when taking a bath with my partner , the staff was waiting in the same room...). Should have more facilities like a gym room... Most importantly, need maintenance with most of the rooms there, the rooms are old and with dirt, I found dirt in my bed linen and pillows, toilet is quite disgusting...I would suggest only book for the deluxe room type becoz they are new renovated, otherwise just don’t other hotels.
