Our junior suite was not so great. The shower drain/drains were always backed up! The drapes, towels & pillow covers had stains on them. Breakfast was good, and staff were always friendly! The rooms could use updating.

Staff were very lovely, property is currently under maintenance so it's very noisy. The mobile coverage is poor and so is internet. The pools are great, the views are amazing. We were a bit bored after a couple of days. Watching the surfers was really good, it is a stunning location.

A parte externa do hotel é melhor e mais cuidado, ao meu ver é o que traz o dinheiro ao hotel e acaba mantendo, os apartamentos sao antigos, banheiro com cheiro de fossa, mas nada que nao de pra ficar, vale demais pelo custo benefício e pelo pico, está literalmente na cara do mar, com ctz voltaria, mas uma reforma iria ajudar bastante

The view from the reception and main infinity pool are amazing. The onsite restaurant also had amazing views and nice range of food available - same menu as the infinity pool/single fin beach club (which is a shared space of the lower infinity pool). We weren't aware that you needed to pre-book day beds at the main/lower infinity pool ahead of time, so as only staying 2 nights (one full day), they were fully booked through reception. We managed to speak to the staff at the pool the next day who were able to accommodate us, but it wasn't a smooth experience and something it would have been good to know of ahead of time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though you just need to remember to keep the door locked to your balcony as there are local monkeys that also enjoy the hotel facilities :-). Overall it was a beautiful location, view and we had a lovely stay.

In need of an upgrade

Room was very tired looking and dated and in dire need of an upgrade. The air con was very weak. The bed sheets and towels are old and in need of replacing. It was also disappointing that it was near impossible to get a lounger by the bottom pool as they share this space with Single Fin and allow guests from outside to pre-book loungers by the pool. This also made it difficult to get towels, they were always running out of towels in the afternoon. It was quite disappointing and we'll be staying somewhere else on our next visit Uluwatu as we didn't feel this was up to the standard it should have been.

Very nice swimming pool, staff at the pool is more helpful and polite compared to the main reception counter. Food choice is limited, only one restaurant there. Spa atmosphere is good but lack of privacy ( when taking a bath with my partner , the staff was waiting in the same room...). Should have more facilities like a gym room... Most importantly, need maintenance with most of the rooms there, the rooms are old and with dirt, I found dirt in my bed linen and pillows, toilet is quite disgusting...I would suggest only book for the deluxe room type becoz they are new renovated, otherwise just don’t other hotels.

我们蜜月自由行，这家是老酒店了，房间设施洗浴盆马桶床单被子等等都比较旧，空调还不错起效快，房间也还算整洁吧，有WELCOME饮料，就是冲着无边泳池去的，游泳游的开心啊，水干净，俯瞰大海还有很多冲浪爱好者也是观景点，期间有很多游客到此拍照吃下午茶但不能下水，只有本店住户才能下水，住上一晚就足够了体会下。在库塔区住的伊达酒店小平房最有感觉，环境很好，房间门口就是自带泳池和烧烤酒吧，房型洗澡很方便，最喜欢啦！

房間有死了的昆蟲，燈泡壞了，冼澡沒有熱水供應，職員態度非常差，床鋪有鞋印、污蹟，廁所所有東西都爛，只有泳池的景觀比較好
