"Asked for a broom because our room was dirty. They said they would bring us one and never did. Not impressed. Their was garbage left in the closet. "

"My stay is usually great, but this time there were some minor inconveniences that did get addressed. My key card didn't work and I was about to get put into a room I didn't pay for. All in all the staff was very helpful and fixed everything. That's why I still give them five stars."

"The room was clean. The shower/toilet area was separate from the sink, which I prefer when more than one person is getting ready to go. We also had a separate sitting area which was nice for watching tv and reading."
