Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom retreat in the heart of Innerleithen, the perfect haven for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts!

Nestled amidst stunning natural landscapes, our home is just minutes away from world-renowned biking trails, as well as scenic hiking paths that showcase the beauty of the Scottish Borders.

After a day of adventure, unwind in our comfortable living area, equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi, or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Each bedroom is designed for restful sleep, featuring plush beds and ample storage. The property also offers a secure asguard bike safe.

Innerleithen High Street is just a short five-minute walk away, offering a delightful selection of cafes and restaurants.
