Country house "Le Buche", surrounded by fields. 5 km from the centre of Pelago, 7 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze. For shared use: property 10'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Slide, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Cook on request (extra). 1.8 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Pontassieve" 7 km, sandy beach "Tirrenia" 95 km. Riding stable 8.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 30 km, Arezzo 70 km, Siena 93 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.
4-room semi-detached house 130 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Upper floor: living room with satellite TV. Open mezzanine with 1 french bed (160 cm), satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm), satellite TV. Gas heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Patio, lawn 5'000 m2, porch. Barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free).
