"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "I'm sure in its hey-day this property was first rate, but right now the standard room and its furnishings are grossly over-priced. It was an over-night stay and it was very clean. We were offered a 'gift' bottle of wine which was Trader Joe's, if you can swallow that."
