"The house is awesome. It is very large, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The video game system is great. The only limit is the single bathroom can be a struggle for the number of people the house can accommodate. The front door could also be more user friendly. Overall, a great stay. We will come back."

"We had a wonderful time celebrating my boyfriends birthday with a nice quick getaway. The hosts did such a wonderful time with all their little details from cozy blankets by the door to sit on the patio with to beside mints. Everything was so thought out and made our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed having a grill to utilize so we could really enjoy their incredible views and relax. We will definitly be back to visit again!"

This year, our host actually had a beautiful Christmas Tree set up for us. We had wonderful time in a modern, comfortable, convenient home, less than 30 minutes from North Boston where we had New Years dinner. Highly recommend staying here."

"What an absolute gem of a house in a wonderful location. We were 30 minutes to downtown Boston by car and the bus to the train depot was only a few hundred yards from the house. We took the train into Boston and it was an easy way to get downtown. The view from the back deck was stunning as you could see Boston across the bay all lit up at night and it was beautiful. The house was new and very large but comfortable. The furnishings were all top notch and the master bathroom was off the charts...

"We had a great stay at this property! We are a family of four- mom, dad and two little girls ages seven and four. The access to the water was great-the living space and kitchen were great. Amy had so many chairs for the beach available… I think our family personally would like a bit more space to spread out next time. The ceiling in the sleeping quarters was low for my 6’4” husband. But it is truely exactly as depicted… we just learned our family needs a bit more space and ability to separate....

"Perfect house for our family over the Christmas holidays. My daughter and new baby lived around the corner so we were able to walk to their house each morning. We stopped in town to pick up bagels and coffee! Restuarants in Hingham, Cohasset and Scituate are terrific and quite an assortment. Only drawback of the house is that the only bathroom on the first floor is in the master bedroom. Otherwise perfect place."
