“Clean room, staff was amazing and friendly”

“-The room was dirty with a smell on the pillow -The aircon, ventilator and TV were not working -The toilet cannot be flushed The host manager was kind to offer to change the room, but they did not show any initiative to improve the room facilities”

“I found the place to be a comfortable and homey studio for a single person inside an old villa not catered to the typical foreign tourist. There was no wifi, no wine, only beer, the restaurant did not accept VISA and the closest ATM was not part of the cirrus network. As I had limited local currency, I spent my first afternoon and the following morning trying to get someone to take me to the ANZ ATM in town. To no avail. There is a larger quite magnificent complex with swimming pool nearby……

“This is 2nd stay for me. It mean before stay was so nice! This time I felt bad point is breakfast only. Staff is soooooo nice, and manager was arranged Uber for us! It's half price of taxi, I think. They speaks English well, if guest asked manager what you want, he will try to his best for you. Clean room, well maintained swimming pool, wonderful staff with this room rate is impossible! I highly recommend to Denpasar lover, not to beach and Kuta area lover. If you interesting in Denpasar,……
