"This is not a complaint only things we found wrong was the wardrobe was covering the bathroom light switch, the kettle was to big to fit in the sink to fill up and the mirror was to high up on the wall we stayed in room 6"

"I’ve stayed here many times now the grounds are lovely fantastic if your having a wedding for photos the staff are always friendly polite nice people room always clean and if you give them notice they endeavour to put you in the quieter part of the hotel if there’s a function on parking is free and plenty of space I’ll always stay here when in Manchester Well done again mercure "

"Stayed here for one night with my 1 year old.although they forgot to put a cot in, when I asked they were extremely quick to follow up on this and being a cot a d get it set up. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Mainly comfy although no air con in the room and it was roasting so had a rough night. The surrounding area is great, the food I. The restaurant is brilliant. All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely look at staying here again if visiting Manchester. "
