"This is probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in the tri cities area for baseball. And we’ve stayed at a lot. Old, run down, not very clean. "

"Middle of renovations so as noted on the website i expected the mess of the lobby, breakfast area and fitness room however nowhere did it state the pool and hottub would be under renovations as well. I booked the hotel at 250 a night for the hot tub and pool amenities. When asked if there was any way to get any sort of refund on the price because there was no pool the manager wouldn't even speak to me. It was stated that the full renovations were posted on the website and no refunds were being given. Which is untrue. Multple reviews stated they disliked the renovations however the pool and hottub were pleasant. The brekafast was ok but not much variety and was only warm. Definitely not worth the price"

"Parking was good, Breakfast ok. Eggs and biscuit not warm and Waffle still frozen in the middle"

"Everything was great and the beds were comfortable. My only problem is charging a $50 pet fee per night for a 20 lb doodle who was there for 14 hours. I will definitely do a better job of finding out pet fees before I stay anywhere again. "
