「We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups.」
