“Great hotel!”

“We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. ”

“The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed……

“Bed was horrible. Room was outdated”

“Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. Hotel is under……

“The hosts were amazing, food delicious and room comfortable!”

“Breakfast choice was toast, apples, or cereal but no milk available. Had to use powder creamer for coffee because no milk was available. They had a pancake maker there, but was not working when I complained. They said sorry. Had to go out to a diner to get something to eat.”

“Clean rooms and friendly staff! I appreciate them accommodating us so quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.”

“The furnitures are too old and a little dirty, and there are so many lights outside of the window, and I can hear the sound outside the room very clearly. But the price is so low, so I can accpet it.”

“Perfect for what we needed. Definitely dated but for the price I would recommend. Definitely will stay there again ”

“Not clean, disappointing ”

“Staff was fine. Inn was extremely run down. No breakfast. Needs remodeling. Not much parking for trailers attached to trucks. Freezer in mini fridge totally frozen with white ice. Not usable. Only a one night stop, would not probably stay again.”

“The front desk office was locked. Temperatures were near freezing. After calling to notify them I was there to checkin, i still had to wait 10 mins in the cold. When I finally got to my room, it smelled horrible. The lighting in the room was subpar. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. My friends I was visiting refused to let me stay there. I stayed at the hotel for maximum 2 hours to shower and change. It was a storage room for my belongings. ”

“Even i stay in non-smoking room, i smell smoke in bathroom while you switch on the fan in bathroom.”
