“please apply credit locked room as was promised. i was locked inside the room and could not get out. Staff came up let me out and checked there was an issue with the door lock and stated he will give a credit on the bill this is for room 305”

“Very quiet. The room is spacious and clean.”

“The room we got was terrible. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. The water in the sinks never got hot. Not enough towels not enough blankets . The room smelled terrible. Went to use the oven and it smelled like roach spray was sprayed all over it. It said on their end that I ordered a handicap room but on my side it didn’t say that. It looked like the shoved us in the oldest room there that no one uses right in the corner next to the basketball……

“A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.”

“The hotel and room were very clean and maintained. The bed was hard and I had a difficult time getting comfortable. We also started hearing doors slam at 6 am and it didn’t stop. We didn’t seem to get restful sleep after a late night.”

“Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.”

“at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message……
