Had to stay near an office for an on-site visit. The location is good, room was good. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. I had no issues with anything except for an annoying pop-up menu on the TV that kept coming up. Asked the front desk who only suggested that I click the 'back' menu to remove the pop-up. It did, but only temporarily. Ev chargers on site were nice, but note they are slow (220V, 48amp) and not a fast charger. Also, non-evs were parked at a few of the chargers.

I checked in with my family to find the parking lot with a homeless encampment in the bushes and another person living in his car. Our room smelled of urine and marijuana and my son’s room had been smoked in. These were non smoking rooms. So we never stayed and left and went to another hotel.

We were a half hour early and no room rooms were ready. Then when I went to my room that was ready they hadn’t cleaned the TV. There was fingerprints all over it. It just really wasn’t that clean when I looked at the kitchen net that apparently I had the forks and knives were dirty not that I was going to use it, but just not the point. The sheets looked like they really weren’t cleaned properly. They probably could’ve used another clean. I slept mostly on top of things versus underneath things after I saw my parents room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom was horrible. It had mold around the shower area. The floor of the shower wasn’t clean properly. I always bring bleach wipe so I had my mom bleach everything that they touched, including the toilet and the sink and the door knobs and I did the same thing. Of course no one walks around barefoot in the room just because they never clean properly. Overall, I give this a three if that out of five I did have to call on Saturday evening downstairs because somebody in a different room was having a fight and throwing stuff against the wall and screaming, which woke me up out of a dead sleep, which was crazy. But they did take care of that right away. If I have to say anything, maybe after they do their renovations, it’ll be much better but overall it is Pottstown Pennsylvania, which was not a very big town didn’t have a Starbucks didn’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t have hardly anything just a diner for coffee so a little crazy.

Our stay was just okay the shower was not cleaned very well and had hair in it. We had no was cloths and whoever cleaned the room left a dirty rag on top of the smoke detector.I notified the front desk and it took awhile but she finally delivered the wash cloths herself.No one ever came to clean the shower so i went out & purchased shower cleaner and did it myself

Great affordable hotel! The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helped whenever we needed extra towels or had questions. Would definitely stay again.

The suites in the hotel are not as big as they seem. If you are larger person you will not fit in the shower, most of the shower control nozzles are not attached to the wall there is no toilet paper holders. You cannot open the door to the bathroom if someone else is in there. The floor was disgusting we had to clean the room before we sat anything down. The fridge had old rotten food in the freezer that smelled horrible. I would choose a different optuon if you are teaviling as a family or like a more luxurious accomodation.

The positives were that the linens were clean and the staff was friendly. The negatives were that the floors in our room were sticky, the mirrors were filthy, the shower had mildew along the caulk line, the shower door did not close, the products in the shower were cheap, our window covering would not open more than 6 inches, the trash cans in the main area were all overflowing, the property was covered in loose trash, and our window faced the highway which was very loud.
