「The room and the property were great! Super clean and well maintained. Staff at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. 「The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. Door to the room had sunlight popping threw it down the side, then the humidifier was making noises, this was the only thing I had called the front desk about and she told me to just unplug it and I said are we sure it's working at all because it was super humid in the room when we walked in.
