Fantastic!

We loved pre and post communication with Bill the manager. The condo was just lovely and had the best view of the Gulf and the beach. We just loved it all and plan to book again asap!

Just a perfect trip!

I had a fantastic experience! The communication with the property owner was a breeze, and they were incredibly responsive. The view from the rental was simply breathtaking, making the whole stay even more memorable. I'm already looking forward to my next trip and will definitely stay at this VRBO property again. Highly recommended!

Had a great time. Plenty of things to do at the complex.

Complex was great. Condo was cozy and clean. heated pools were great. We were still able To swim even though it was march. We liked it because it was not in the heart of all the action like Destin but only a 10 minute drive to all of the attractions.

Wonderful Family Condo/Resort

The Condo was absolutely amazing and worked perfectly for our family (4 Adults & 1 child). The view is wonderful, very relaxing, and we loved the top floor condo! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The condo was very roomy as well for our family, the splash pad was perfect for our little one, and the free beach service was great as well! I highly recommend this condo for a family or couple wanting a great beach location!

Our new beach getaway PARADISE!

My daughter asked for a "Destin"ation getaway for her Sweet 16....who am I to argue? 5 teenage girls and myself LOVED Okaloosa Island AND the condo with the best view of everything! Bill & Shelley were great to work with and offer a condo that adds to the ultimate Ocean life/Beach dweller vacation. I personally loved waking up every morning for coffee on the 6th floor patio and enjoying the view and sounds of the waves! This was our first time to Fort Walton....but we will DEFINITELY be back ASAP! Thank you for sharing! ~kp

Great place for families

The unit was clean and just as described. Just enough room for the family for relaxing. The property was within walking distance to a lot of the amenities the island had to offer. The property amenities were fantastic. There was a huge pool, gym, and lazy river that we frequented. Had a wonderful time! We would definately recommend staying here.

Condo was great but Beach Service Set Up Daily not so much

As always, it was a great pleasure to rent from this owner. We have rented many times from him and a few of his different condos. He is very attentive and responds quickly if needed. As for the beach service included, it was a an inconvenience to have to wake up early to stand in line daily to make sure you were able to get an umbrella/ chairs in a good spot. Unfortunately, this is out of the owners hands bc it is ran by a different company. This is the first year we have us to do this and it was aggravating bc it put me on a time schedule and I don’t like to be in a time schedule on vacation. I like to sleep in late if I want and know that my spot is already set up on beach waiting for me. In all years prior, we would go on the first day and reserve the beach service for all week and it would be set up each day. But like I said this is out of the owner of the condo’s control. The owner and the condo is awesome!

Had a great stay!

This condo was at a great location. Check in was easy, condo was clean and had a nice view. My boys enjoyed all the pools and we enjoyed the umbrella and chair service on the beach. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had and I would recommend this place for rental. It was very quiet since it was on the top floor and at the end of the building. It was also super close to the parking garage which made coming and going easy. We had a great stay here.

Perfect space and perfect location! Easy and convenient!

Best place we have stayed in a while! The condo is located on the Gulf Side which is exactly what we were looking for! When you park, you get off and walk directly to the condo! The beach is a short walk and chair service is included! Great for a family with kids or those just wanting to relax! We also enjoyed the dual access to The Island and the swim up bar as well as the lazy River on the Bay Side! Don’t forget your pool pass! I love how they check to ensure o my guest are allowed! Makes it very nice! Condo was very clean and felt homey! After several days of eating out, we enjoyed a few home cooked meals! Having the washer and dryer on hand was so wonderful! Bed was very comfy and restful! Don’t forget to print your parking pass! Bill was very quick to resend that to me when I misplaced the original email! Great service that was fast and friendly! You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a perfect space to chill and enjoy the Gulf.
