My room was infested with roaches and I couldn't change rooms until the next day. No staff was at the front or answering the phone. I was moved to another room the next night and the AC leaked, mold on pillow discovered at stripping sheets. My daughter's birthday stay was ruined and she cried. I will be forget this experience and NEVER will stay at this nasty hotel ever again! Drug addicts are also living on property and be outside which makes it unsafe. No breakfast as described. Basically a snack pk of donuts and coffee. Horrible experience!!! If I could rate a 0 they would have gotten one!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! How dare you charge someone $146/night and have BLACK MOLD growing all over your ceiling in the bathroom. That was only the 1st issue. I want my money back! YES, I have pictures! I have never encountered a problem like this before. Who knows what was growing in this place that I couldn’t see. Do not bring your family here!

Website says there was breakfast, only coffee, juice & packaged donuts. Pool wasn't usable. Had planned to stay a third night but checked out early, ended my vacation early in Pensacola to get out of the place. Next stop was cheaper & had what they listed on their web-site.

Staff was very helpful and super friendly. I had high hopes for this place as we stayed in a DaysInn before however, I guess what they say “ You get what you pay for” is true. The door to the room wouldn’t lock , there was mold and some blood on the ceiling above the bathtub, roaches crawling in the room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully. We also booked this room in regards that it has a pool however there was a sign that said “closed for cleaning” our entire stay.

Front desk staff was great, they’re the only reason I would go back! But shotty renovation work in the rooms. Paint on the hair dryer, paint on the shower curtain rod, paint splatter everywhere. Breakfast was packaged 3 pack donuts and coffee/juice…not what I would consider breakfast. Pool was ok.

Arrivée dans une 1er chambre sale avec du sable au sol et des cafards. Tonya qui est la seule partie positive de cet hôtel nous a de suite changé de chambre. La 2e chambre était ok. Elle a tout fait pour améliorer notre séjour, elle était vraiment très gentille. Le propriétaire a trouvé une belle personne pour s'occuper de ses clients dommage qu'il n'ivestisse pas pour entretenir son hôtel. L'eau de la piscine était trouble car la filtration ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner est limité à des minis donuts, du café et du jus !

We called in last minute and the front desk lady was really polite and warm. From the pictures, it looked like a great place, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed linen and towels looked as if they hadn’t been washed and the room smelled like mold.

$50 cash deposit. They do not tell you ahead of time. I don't mind a deposit, but not everyone carries cash. The rooms appear remodeled but they did a horrendous job. 4th of July i wish i was julying.

The tub was clogged and the shower head was black. Looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in years. I complained about it and they had no vacancy so they couldn’t offer me another room. A lady “cleaned” it and a guy came to unclog it but it was still dirty and getting clogged. Very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Mold in the roof of the bathroom and shower head is a safety hazard.
