Great family vaca!

The weather was great and our condo was a good fit for our family of 7. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, really spacious master bedroom and bath. The pools were really nice. The hot tub could have been cleaner (leaves floating around) and the jets were very weak. I did not see anyone cleaning pools or hot tub all week.

Can’t recommend

While the unit is nice, the management company is awful. Door code didn’t work on arrival, called support and they couldn’t give a response time. An hour later someone local called with a new code. Towels were all wet - all 3 bathrooms - and stained. Kitchen cabinet door fell off when opening. Dresser drawers in two of bedrooms fall out as soon as you pull them out. There is no cable despite the listing and customer support would never do anything about it both times I reached out Over all the place could be great if the owner/management company put some effort into updates, making sure what’s in the listing actually is there and just overall better customer service when there are issues. If Vacasa would just let you talk to the local people that would be a step up.
