Right in the heart of downtown Pensacola

Don’t let the small square footage fool you. It has a nice kitchen area, living room, bedroom and a decent size bathroom. Very nicely decorated. And it is the perfect location to walk to everything that downtown Pensacola has to offer.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is seconds away from many nice restaurants and activities in Pensacola. The staff went out of their way to help us during the check-in. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Pensacola.

Perfect little place

Lovely condo right downtown surrounded by good restaurants, eclectic shops, and coffee shops. Had a wonderful stay and hosts were fantastic. Pin clean and accommodating.

Cute place

This is a very cute property and the location has plenty of things to do nearby. We enjoyed some nearby eateries and night life (The Dog House, Slick Lips Seafood & Ouster House, and O’Riley’s Irish Rub). We had a great experience at each place and the food was good too! Although it’s a nice area, there was quite a bit of homelessness on the streets. This isn’t a problem until someone approaches you aggressively—which happened while we were walking to a nearby eatery. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable as well. We really enjoyed how quiet it was in our room—no road noise, no foot traffic noise, no slamming door noise either (which is often typical of other places we have booked.) We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sleep in! We also enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. Great place to relax. There was an issue with checking in on the app which was required to use by Brent Lofts. We were informed that it’s sometimes glitchy and that they were working out the kinks on that. The staff was quick to respond and remedy the issue. They kindly gave us a key card and codes for our stay in the event the app gave us any more trouble. They were very friendly and we were grateful for how quick they fixed the problem. Also wanted to mention that the booking host was very quick to respond to questions I had prior to our stay. Friendly and accommodating! Thank you for our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely perfection. One bedroom loft rental was ideal for my two night stay in Pensacola. I loved being able to walk out of the breezeway and be right in the middle of downtown with all the activity. Restaurants, shops, and outdoor markets on Saturday was amazing and so convenient. I'll be back.
