Construction at Property Not on the Listing

Although we enjoyed our honeymoon in Perdido Key, we were not able to take advantage of the biggest selling point - the private patio overlooking the beach. The property is under renovations & the work crew parked their equipment directly in front of our patio+ barricades! Morning 1 I was on the patio in my robe & bridal gown when a man walked right up on m. So we had a 5 day view of hardhats & building scaling equipment. This probably would have been fine for folks who planned to be at the beach all day everyday, but not newlyweds. Also, the onsite grills were dirty & moldy so ww couldn't cookout. The unit itself was very nice.
