Celebrating College Graduation

Family trip including 4 generations to celebrate a graduation. The house is on a beautiful stretch of beach with plenty of room for everyone to have some space.

Dog urine everywhere

Let me begin with the positive. The location is fantastic. The views are beautiful. The check in process was simple and communication was good. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and have never left a poor review. The cleanliness of this house was subpar at best, but the carpet in this house is DISGUSTING. There is dog pee everywhere. The entire upstairs reeks of urine. We had to wear shoes at all times to keep from walking on the carpet and left the house a day early to stay in a hotel. I cannot imagine having a little one crawling on this. I wanted to love this home but would not return until the carpet is ripped out.

Great house for family vacation

There were some initial concerns with the door that led to the beach, but the property managers addressed it quickly. The house was perfect for our extended family to spend the week together. We enjoyed the location as well. The only concerns that I would state that we had about the home is that none of the tv's downstairs worked. We could not access wi-fi so none of the children that stayed down there could get their tv's to work. The other issue that we had was the hot tub did not get warm and the jets would not work. There were some other little things like the sheets were really stiff and the water that should have been used to spray off could not be turned on at the faucet and had to be turned on by my husband at the pipes and he is 6'4". I don't want to bash the place because we had a wonderful vacation, but there were several things that we had to make accommodations for or look past.

Unhappy

Upon arrival the house was not cleaned well. Trash was full. Linens left in the wash. Bugs in the kitchen. The carpet was filthy. The house is very dated. It doesn't look like the pictures online. Needs major updates. Had to tell people to move off the "so called"private beach every day. Needs to be more designated on the beach. The bottom floor smells like mold and mildew. Did not receive much help from housekeeping or maintenance. This place is not worth the amount of money we paid. Will not stay here again nor recommend it
