Loved staying here! The views are amazing from sun up to sun down. Palacio 1102 was nicely decorated and had all of the elements to make you feel at home.

Great Condo and Place to Stay on Beach

This is a perfect two bedroom condo. The master suite is huge. The guest bedroom is smaller. The kitchen and appliances work well and the pool area for the building is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great home and wonderful view!

Our family had an amazing time at 1102. The home is super clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The beach access is very convenient and the views from the unit are amazing!

Great Location and View

The property was very nice. We loved the pool area and access to the beach. Located across from several restaurants that were nice when you didn't feel like driving for lunch or dinner. AC was not great in the master bedroom but overall the unit was very nice and had everything we needed. The balcony furniture was very nice and we ate all our meals out there. Would stay here again.

Incredible experience.

We felt as though we were at home with this condo, and didn’t want to leave. So beautiful, and with such a good view do not pass this up. The price is so good for everything you get, and the interior is just gorgeous, especially the shower in the master bath! Will definitely be coming back. The other condos we’ve stayed at don’t compare to the luxury this one has to offer.

Always Beautiful on the Gulf

Our condominium was beautiful and inviting from the moment we walked in. Every room was spacious. The master bath had two lavatories which was very helpful with all of us getting ready for the beach and going out at the same times. As said in other reviews, you must make early reservation for beach chairs to be even close to the water. By 8:00 Monday morning all chairs for the entire week were reserved. This was a very big negative because the chairs take up the entire width of their property. The pool area was very nice.

it’s not what state on the listing the sofa bed doesn’t have a blanket or extra bed sheet state accommodate for 6 people, but only for four cause use sofa bed doesn’t have sheet or blankets no umbrellas and two beach chairs as listed. ground securities are very rude

Beautiful property. Looks just like the pictures. Professional property manager makes this a seamless experience. Fast elevators. Non covered parking was a drawback. Overflow parking across a busy street.

Great visit for the second time!

This was our second stay in 1102. The first time the stay was excellent. This time we found that the remotes on the TVs needed batteries. The Vacasa folks had batteries on site so it wasn't an issue. Other than that, our visit was excellent. We enjoyed the unit. We will come back for a third time. We love Perdido Key and this condo for our stay.
