You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Pensacola. The perfect place for you & your friends or family for a weekend visit, business trip, or sun filled beach vacation! The cottage is just a short drive to Pensacola Beach and the exciting and historical Downtown District. Shopping, dining at local eateries, exploring museums or watching the Blue Wahoos Baseball Team at the amazing waterfront stadium will make lasting memories for everyone.

Open dining and living space gives guests the chance to spread out and relax watching a movie or having a family game night.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a quick snack or delicious meal.
Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms await guests after a fun filled day at the beach or sight seeing around town. The home also has two full bathrooms with a shower/tub combination. A washer & dryer are available for our guests to use. Guests can enjoy grilling dinner on the back patio or star gazing around the fire pit.

Pet Friendly-$150 pet fee per pet.

Guests have full access to the left unit of the duplex. Free parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

 A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods are provided to our guests to get thru the first two nights.

* We do not provide personal shampoos or body soaps.

 The entire house has heating and cooling.

 The washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies (dustpan, broom, vacuum) are at your disposal.

*The shed located at the rear of the property is not available for guests to use.

Suggestions for items to bring for your stay:

 Personal shampoo and soap and other personal items.
 Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent.
 Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels.
